“Rock and Roll Forever”
4:00-4:45 PM “60’s Partyline”
Tuesday, February 14th
7:30-7:50 AM Boys singing “My Girl” and “Lion Sleeps Tonight”
3:00-4:00 PM Full Cast Songs, Dancing and Lines between “Great
Balls of Fire”, “Rock and Roll is Here to Stay”, Blue Suede Shoes”, and “Surfin’ USA”
4:00-4:30 PM “My Boyfriend’s Back”
Wednesday, February 15th
3:00-4:00 PM Full Cast run through all songs with dancing.
All rehearsals are in Mrs. Carroll’s Room. Have a great weekend!!!!!
ANY PARENTS THAT WOULD LIKE TO DONATE BOTTLED WATER OR SNACKS FOR REHEARSALS CAN BRING IT WHEN THEN COME TO PICK UP THEIR CHILDREN OR DROP IT OFF AT THE SCHOOL. THE STUDENTS NEED TO DRINK WATER WHEN THEY ARE SINGING AND DANCING AND IT WOULD SAVE EVERYONE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN. THANK YOU!
Please look for the following items for costumes.
Boys- straight leg jeans, golf shirt, or plain t-shirt, black dress shoes, white dress shirt, black dress pants, skinny tie.
Girls-short sleeve blouse of a fifties style, pencil skirt, Capris (not denim), poodle skirts, pencil skirts, pajamas for singers in “60’s Partyline” and “My Boyfriend’s Back”
I am also looking for an Elvis Costume, and something for Little Richard and Ed Sullivan to wear if you know of any of these items.
Please let me know what you have for your child and what you still need. Some poodle skirts can be made or borrowed.
Props needed
Old records and record player, simple bedroom furniture like a vanity and chair for a teen girl’s bedroom from the 50’s.
Beach toys for props
