Final Practice Schedule for Rock and Roll Forever
Monday, February 27th
3:00-5:00 PM Dress Rehearsal Students will wear full costumes including shoes. We will also practice with lights and some sound. 8th Grade students may purchase musical tickets at the end of practice. ($4 adults, $2 students)
Tuesday, February 28th
6:00-8:30 PM Dress Rehearsal with full costumes, hair and make-up. Full lights and sound. 7thGrade students may purchase musical tickets at the beginning and end of rehearsal.
Wednesday, February 29th
6:00-8:00 PM Dress rehearsal with no make-up or hair. Musical tickets will be on sale at the end of rehearsal.
Thursday, March 1st
5:30-8:30 PM Dress rehearsal with Photos, full dress, make-up and hair.
Musical tickets will be on sale at the end of rehearsal. This rehearsal may end earlier than schedule depending on when we get group photos. You may take pictures and record this rehearsal. No one will be permitted to record or take flash photography during Friday’s performance.
Friday, March 2nd
5:45 PM Hair and Make-up beginning. Please sign-up for your time.
7:00 PM All students must be in costume and finishing make-up
7:30 PM Curtain opens
9:15-9:30 PM Cast party starts after costumes are all hung and choir room, stage and dressing room are clean.
The students may do their hair and make-up at home however they must dress at the school and will change out of their costumes immediately following each rehearsal and the performance. There will be a sign up sheet for the concession stand that will include refreshments and food items. Students will be asked to bring water, and/or fun-sized candies. These items must be brought by Friday March 2.
There will also be a sign up for the students’ cast party. Your children are big fans of hot dogs so hot dog buns would be greatly appreciated since we have plenty of hot dogs! Also I will have a $2.00 a student collection for pizza. Chips and pop will be provided by us. Thanks again.
